To deliver value to users faster and accelerate our growth, we are seeking a Product Manager to lead initiatives around autonomous AI agents utilizing predictive and generative models. This role will contribute to both engineering and architecture design.


Mission

■#1 Product Management of AI Agent product (“AIA”)
・Develop and oversee the mid-to-long-term product roadmap
  - Ensure a well planned migration of features currently available in the legacy platform (“ERM” ) to “AIA” platform, aiming to maximize value to clients
  - Define a clear product strategy for differentiation to collect more high quality data to ensure sustainable competitive advantage, given our current competitive position.

■#2 Achieving Business KPIs
・Beyond driving AIA adoption, you will be responsible for ensuring that the implementation of AIA enhances business productivity and revenue. He is also responsible for developing the product strategy to significantly boost the efficiency of the Data Team.
・You should define and set productivity goals to measure the impact of AIA, ensuring that product adoption directly contributes to business value creation.

■#3 Collaboration with Japan Corporate Initiative
・Propose AI utilization strategies based on requests from the Head of Japan Corporate, Yu Miyazaki.
・Share AIA-related insights with the Japan Corporate team.


Key Responsibilities and Annual Goals

■Product Development
​​・Lead the development projects for individual features outlined in the roadmap, including defining specifications, managing the agile process, meeting the success criteria of each iteration, and bridging communication between business and development teams.
・Analyze the market, competitors, and customer needs to formulate a clear vision and mid-to-long-term product strategy for AIA.
・Assist with creating a detailed product roadmap that balances business objectives with technical feasibility, and secure buy-in from the executive team.

■Maximizing Business Value
・Define how the adoption of AIA contributes to business profitability and productivity, and establish KPIs to track its impact.
・Lead the prioritization of development efforts to maximize the ROI of the product.

■End-to-End Product Lifecycle Management
・Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements definition to development, launch, and post-launch performance analysis.
・Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support, to drive the product's success.

■Deep Customer and Market Understanding
・Conduct regular customer interviews and market research to gather insights for product improvement.
・Stay current with the latest industry trends and advancements in AI technology, incorporating them into the product strategy.


Technical Environment

・Programming language: Python, C#(ASP.NET Core)
・Database: Microsoft SQL Server
・Machine Learning: Azure OpenAI


Required Skills

■Product Management Skills
・5+ years of product management experience, preferably with software or AI products.
・A comprehensive skill set in product management, including market research, competitive analysis, user research, requirements definition, and roadmapping.
・Experience as a Product Owner in an agile development process.

■Technical knowledge of AI and Cloud Technology
・Fundamental knowledge of AI, particularly in LLM, Agentic frameworks, NLP, machine learning, data science, and prompt engineering, and an understanding of their application in products.
・Prior development experience is nice to have.
・The ability to communicate effectively with engineers and understand technical challenges and trade-offs.

■Business Acumen
・The ability to understand business strategy and translate it into a compelling product strategy.
・Strong business sense with a focus on P&L and ROI-driven decision-making.
・Excellent data-driven and logical decision-making skills, with the ability to articulate reasoning to stakeholders.

■Leadership and Communication Skills
・The ability to effectively communicate and build consensus with diverse stakeholders, including executives, engineers, sales teams, and customers.
・Strong leadership to articulate a clear vision and guide the team toward product success.


Qualifications

・Must reside in or be willing and able to relocate to Japan.
